We produce and adhere to strict quality method statements

We utilise the latest equipment and maintain British Standards throughout each project. We further employ fully trained paint inspectors with considerable experience and carry out blasting and priming projects ranging from small projects up to a recent flagship project at Temperate House, Kew Gardens close to £2m requiring blasting and priming to a Grade 1 listed Victorian greenhouse.

We produce and adhere to strict quality method statements and meticulously assess humidity and temperature variations which are essential to ensuring the correct finish.

Cathodic Protection

We blasted the existing steel to WJ2 standard then applied 100 microns of Interseal 670HS epoxy aluminium primer then intermediate coats of Interseal 670HS 100 microns and Interplus 770 100 microns. We then applied a finish coat of Interfine 979 75 microns.
