System Building Services Limited have a full in-house soft strip out team undertaking a range of projects. We have the capability to manage smaller scale works up to major complex schemes and we work for the majority of the large main contractors in the UK.

Our soft strip out works include but are not limited to the following:

• Removal of Fixtures and Fittings
• Removal of M&E
• Removal of Internal Walls
• Removal of Internal Ceilings
• Removal of Temporary Structures

We have developed a unique ‘Clean Operations’ system to ensure our sites are meticulously well maintained whilst also recycling as much of the waste as possible to minimise the volume of soft strip waste going to landfill. We continually exceed client requirements for recycling and diversion from landfill and take careful consideration when selecting the appropriate tools and methods to ensure noise reduction. Our system has lead us to be rated with top scorings on monthly Quality Scoring Systems administered by the leading main contractors plus a zero lost time incident record.

We produce Business Continuity Programmes that are of paramount importance to clients who wish to remain in occupation throughout the build with no disruption to their business activities and we have unparralled experience with occupied and live environments.
